We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name and email address. We also collect the content of your conversations with the AI Buddy and any voice notes you record to facilitate the service.
We use the information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including the AI coaching features and the communication bridge between students and parents.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request data export or account deletion at any time by contacting support at help@adultsidekick.com. We will process these requests within 30 days.
Our services use AI technologies (including LLMs). Conversations are processed to provide coaching but are not used to train the underlying models without your explicit consent.
Adult Sidekick is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us immediately.
